A software studio for agencies

Production grade software, shipped in days.

AI can get a build looking finished. Atvora is the studio agencies use to get it the rest of the way: architected, tested, secured, and delivered with written evidence.

Why Atvora exists

Looking finished is not the same as being finished.

Modern AI will hand anyone a working demo. It will not question the architecture, harden the sign in, test the edge cases, or write down what was verified. That is the distance between a build your client admires and a build your agency can stand behind.

We recently reviewed an application that was days from launch. On the surface it looked immaculate. Underneath, any visitor could sign in as another user, and one request let a free account upgrade itself to paid without paying. Making it safe to ship took hours of real engineering, not another prompt.

Atvora exists to close that distance.

How it works

  1. You win the work.

  2. We build it.

  3. Your client keeps the written evidence.

That is the whole arrangement.

The record so far

Real work, counted honestly.

15+Production applications shipped.
3Agencies served right now.
48hFrom your brief to a fixed quote and a delivery date.

One engineer, two systems

An AI accelerated engineering system, run end to end by an experienced engineer, with every build checked by an independent review before it ships.

Evidence included

A written record of scope, findings, fixes and verification ships with every build, for your client to keep.

White label

Your brand on everything we deliver, our name on none of it. Your client stays yours: we never contact them and never compete for them.

What we build

  • Client portals
  • Internal tools and automations
  • AI agents and copilots
  • Mortgage and finance tools
  • Quoting and policy tools
  • Document extraction
  • Multi tenant platforms

No client logos here, deliberately. White label work stays invisible, even on our own site.

The Evidence Pack

Proof your client can hold.

Anyone can claim the work was done properly. Atvora puts it in writing. Every delivery includes the Evidence Pack, a short plain language document you can hand to your client, their buyer, or their security reviewer.

  1. Scope, pinned to a commit

What was agreed, fixed to an exact version of the code. No drift, no argument later about what was included.

  2. Findings and fixes

Every issue the independent review raised, and what was done about each one.

  3. Verification results

What was tested, how it was tested, and what passed before delivery.

  4. Deployment record

Where the application runs and how it got there.

  5. Residual risk, stated

What sits outside scope, written down. Nothing held back to look good.

The independent review

The reviewer did not write the code.

Every build passes through a review before it ships, run by a system that had no part in building it. Here is what that means in practice, written down so you do not have to take our word for it.

  1. Separate by design

The system that reviews a build is not the system that wrote it. It reads the code cold, with its own model of how software fails, and its job is to find problems, not to approve work.

  2. It looks where demos never go

Sign in, permissions, payments, tenant isolation, malformed input, forgotten edge cases. The same places we keep finding the worst failures in the codebases we rescue.

  3. Nothing ships on an open finding

Every critical or high finding is fixed, then checked again, before delivery. The findings and the fixes go into the Evidence Pack, so your client sees what was caught, not just the finished surface.

And a named engineer answers for it.

Atvora is operated by Alexander Russell in Christchurch, New Zealand. His name goes on the quote, the agreement, and every delivery. Code and intellectual property transfer to your agency on final payment, liability is capped in writing, and an NDA is available on request.

Common questions

What agencies ask first.

What does Atvora do?

Atvora is a software studio in Christchurch, New Zealand that builds production grade web applications for agencies. The work is fixed price, delivered in days, white label, and shipped with a written Evidence Pack.

How much does it cost?

Prices are fixed and quoted in New Zealand dollars. A Sprint is NZ$2,950, a full Build runs NZ$6,500 to NZ$9,500 by scope, and a Rescue and Harden is NZ$4,500. Care plans start at NZ$249 per month per application, and a standing Studio Retainer starts at NZ$2,750 per month. Every engagement is quoted in writing before it starts.

How fast can you ship?

In days, not months. Each package carries a fixed turnaround: a Sprint in five working days or fewer, a Build in seven to fourteen, a Rescue in five to ten. You get a delivery date together with your quote.

What is the Evidence Pack?

A short, plain language document that ships with every build, for your client to keep. It records what was agreed, what the independent review found, what was fixed, what was tested, where the application runs, and what risk sits outside scope. It is not a certification or a penetration test. There is a full sample at atvora.com/sample.

What does independently reviewed mean?

It means the system that reviews a build is separate from the system that built it. The review reads the code cold and targets the places demos never reach: sign in, permissions, payments, data isolation, and edge cases. Every critical or high finding is fixed and checked again before delivery, and the full list ships in the Evidence Pack. It is a disciplined internal control, stated plainly: not an external audit, a certification, or a penetration test.

Do you work white label?

Yes, on every package. Your brand goes on everything we deliver and our name goes on none of it. Your client stays yours: we never contact them and never compete for them.

Can you fix an app that was built with AI or vibe coded?

Yes. That is the Rescue and Harden package. We take an AI generated, vibe coded, or half finished codebase to production grade: the architecture questioned, the sign in hardened, the edge cases tested, and the result written down.

Do you work with agencies outside New Zealand?

Yes. Atvora is in Christchurch and works remotely with agencies across New Zealand and Australia. Quotes are in New Zealand dollars, timelines are in working days, and the time zones are close enough that a morning question gets a same day answer.

What happens when the review finds a problem?

It gets fixed. Every critical or high finding is closed and rechecked before delivery, and the fix is part of the fixed price, not a change order. The finding and its fix are then recorded in the Evidence Pack, so your client sees what was caught instead of having to trust that nothing was.

What happens after I send a brief?

Your brief lands with the engineer who would build it, and within 48 hours you get a fixed quote, a delivery date, and the package we would put the work on. If it is not a fit for the studio, we say so plainly rather than quoting for the sake of it.
